Two Pieces of Utilitarian Stoneware, American, sixteen-gallon keg with cobalt bands, possibly the White's Pottery, Utica, NY, second half 19th century; paired with an unusual Bristol-slip-glazed stoneware "VITRIFIED ACID JAR," marked "HAWTHORN POTTERY" with rubber lid, late 19th or early 20th century. Cooler with scattered flaking. Acid jar in excellent condition. H (of acid jar) 24 1/2".
