Two Molded Stoneware Butter Crocks, Midwestern origin, late 19th century, a Sleepy Eye butter crock with raised American Indian bust motif on front and teepees in a field on reverse, impressed "H" on underside; paired with a lidded butter crock with raised elk and hunter motifs. Lid with raised elk designs. 3 1/4 and 3" hairlines to Sleepy Eye butter crock, otherwise excellent condition. Lidded butter crock with surface crazing on interior and underside, otherwise excellent condition.
