Extremely Rare Chicago, IL Redware Puzzle Mug, early 20th century, large-sized, baluster-form mug with perforated collar, hollowed handle, and two pouring holes in rounded rim. Front incised "A.K. Truka / North-Western / Pottery / 5052 W. Lawrence ave / Chicago". Lead-glazed surface over an orange ground. Exceptional form. This mug is the first example of Chicago redware we have offered. Excellent condition. H 7 3/4".
