Five-Gallon Stoneware Churn, Stenciled "HAMILTON AND JONES / GREENSBORO. PA," circa 1875, semi-ovoid churn with lug handles and tall collar culminating in a rounded rim. Decorated with abstract stenciled flourishes, freehand stripes, and a stenciled "5" flanked by tulips at base. Two fairly large glazed-over stone pings to right of decoration. A chip to end of one handle. Reglued rim chip. Small chip on interior of rim.
