One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1825, ovoid jar with heavily-tooled shoulder, tall collar, and ribbed lug handles, decorated with pairs of horizontal tulips brushed across the front and back. Several chips to base. Large chip to one handle, and smaller chips to opposite handle. Some minor rim chips. A tight hairline extending partway up front of jar from base.
