Three-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "R.C.R / PHILA.," Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-squared rim, decorated with a series of large cobalt tulips extending from leafy stems. Fry to cobalt. 4 1/2" hairline from rim. Two very minor nicks on interior of rim.
