Stoneware Canning Jar with Cobalt Stripe Decoration, Western PA or Palatine, WV origin, circa 1875, cylindrical jar with rounded "wax sealer" rim, decorated with three brushed cobalt stripes. Tiny chip on reverse of rim with short hairline extending downward from it. H 8".
