Two Slip-Decorated Redware Plates, Mid-Atlantic origin, 19th century, one with unusual and profuse slip-trailed copper stripes; the other with three groups of wavy yellow slip lines. Copper-decorated plate with heavy wear to interior and rim. Other plate with chipping to rim and some losses to slip. Diameter (of copper-decorated plate) 9 3/4".
