Three-Gallon Stoneware Cream Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "T. HARRINGTON / LYONS," NY State origin, circa 1860, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder, squared rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with three brushed cobalt tulips extending from a central stem. Two rim chips on exterior and small rim chip on interior. A few spots of fry to edges of some flower petals. Small "I" shaped surface line at base on side of jar, which does not extend through to interior, to right of a stone ping. Small handle chip. 4 3/4" hairline from rim on reverse. Light exfoliation around midsection on reverse.
