Three-Gallon Salt-Glazed Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Bird Decoration, attributed to the Fulper Pottery, Flemington, NJ, late 19th century, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-squared rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a fat-bodied bird perched on a stem with leaves. Light exfoliation to shoulder. Crack in reverse. Missing one handle. Base chip, possibly in-the-firing.
