Two-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO," PA origin, circa 1850-1880, cylindrical jar with squared rim, decorated with a large dotted tulip on the front and back, brushed over streaky whitish slip. Missing one handle. Two large reglued pieces at rim. 5 1/2" Y-shaped hairline extending up from base. A few small rim chips.
