One-and-a-Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Tulip Decoration, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO," PA origin, circa 1850-1880, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated with three dotted tulips around the shoulder, applied over a whitish slip. Cracks in underside extending up base of jar. Nicks to rim.
