Unusual Three-Gallon Baluster-Form Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, PA origin, circa 1850, ovoid jar with tall collar, footed base, and ribbed handle, decorated with large cobalt tulips around the collar and hanging tulips around the body of the jar. Looping line design under each handles. Large spidering cracks extending from underside. In-the-firing chip to end of one handle.
