Two-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Profuse Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1825, cylindrical jar with semi-squared rim and heavy tooling at the foot and shoulder, decorated with a brushed flowering vine extending around the body. Excellent decoration and color. Heavy chipping to base. Numerous small rim chips. H 13 1/4".
