Two Northeastern U.S. Stoneware Jugs, circa 1880, a one-gallon jug stamped "NEW YORK / STONEWARE CO. / FORT EDWARD, N.Y.," and decorated with a slip-trailed foliate design accented with dotted trails; paired with an undecorated syrup jug. Two stained spots on right side of decorated jug, as well as minor base chips, a faint Y-shaped line in underside, and a small stone ping to reverse. Syrup jug with heavy restoration to spout. H (of decorated jug) 11 3/4".
