Scarce Southern Stoneware Jug, Stamped "T.J.L," Long Family, Crawford County, Georgia, late 19th or early 20th century, cylindrical jug with tooled shoulder and ribbed strap handle, impressed "T.J.L" on handle. Form, color, and impressed initials on handle are all characteristic of pieces made by members of the Long Family in Crawford County, Georgia, during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Spout chips. A few small rim chips. H 14 1/4".
