Stoneware Canning Jar, Stenciled "J.M. HARDEN / PALATINE, W. VA.," circa 1875, cylindrical jar with rounded "wax sealer" rim, decorated with various stenciled flourishes surrounding the stenciled words. Excellent condition with minor chips to interior of rim. H 10".
