Rare Slip-Decorated Redware Sugar Bowl, possibly Hagerstown, MD, early 19th century, ovoid form with rounded foot, in-set rim, and ribbed handles, decorated with elaborate slip-trailed line and foliate designs in green, cream, and brown-colored slip. Handles decorated with cream-colored slip dashes. Wear to handles and areas of decoration. Rim chips. H 4" ; D 7".
