Three-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Water Cooler, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1860, cylindrical cooler with tooled shoulder, semi-squared rim, applied lug handles, and circular bung hole, decorated with a brushed cobalt design of fan-shaped flowers extending across the front. Cobalt circle around bung hole. Provenance: Lynn White Collection, Readfield, ME. Flaking to surface. H 14".
