Scarce Letart, WV Advertising Stoneware Canning Jar, Greensboro, PA origin, circa 1875, tapered jar with rounded shoulder and thick rim, stenciled in cobalt "BRINK?R BROS. / DEALER IN / GENERAL / MERCHANDISE. / LETART. / W. VA." A chip, small nick, and some wear, all on interior of rim. H 8 3/4".
