Two-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Bird Decoration, Midwestern origin, circa 1880, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, applied lug handles, and semi-squared rim, decorated with a slip-trailed cobalt bird perched on a branch below the number 2. As-made condition with a small stone ping on reverse. H 8 3/4".
