Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug, Stenciled "J.M. HARDEN / & CO. / PALATINE / W. VA.," circa 1875, semi-ovoid jug, decorated with stenciled flourishes and a stenciled "2" incorporated into J.M. Harden stenciling. As-made condition with a glazed-over base chip on reverse. H 13 3/4".
