Early Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, attributed to Old Bridge, NJ, circa 1820, approximately two-gallon ovoid jug with tooled spout, decorated with cobalt daubs around the shoulder. Restored handle and top of spout. Hairlines on underside, with one hairline extending 3" up reverse side of jug. Small base chip. H 13 1/2".
