Two Yellowware Plates, second half 19th century, a plate with raised leaf border, paired with a plate with raised "Westward Ho" patterned border and pheasant decoration on interior. Border features designs of Native Americans, flags, bison, and people traveling west in a covered wagon. Westward Ho plate with some knife marks on interior and a 1" in-the-firing line in glaze. Larger plate in mint condition. Diameter (of Westward Ho plate) 8".
