Scarce Miniature Redware Jar, Incised "Remember me. / Tra. la. la.," attributed to Jacob Medinger, Limerick Township, Montgomery Co., PA, late 19th century, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and flattened rim, incised in script "Remember me. / Tra. la. la." Surface covered in a clear lead glaze over a mottled green and orange ground. Shallow base chip. Heavy chipping to rim. Clay attached to underside from the firing. Glazed-over line in rim, extending 3/8" into interior. H 1 1/2" ; Diameter 2 1/2".
