Three-Gallon Red Wing Stoneware Water Cooler, MN origin, late 19th or early 20th century, ovoid form with flared collar, bung hole at base, and clay ears with metal handles. Decorated with blue inscription "WATER COOLER," a red wing, and the blue maker's mark "RED WING / UNION / STONEWARE CO. RED WING, MINN" applied over Bristol slip glazed surface. Includes blue-and-white stoneware lid. Two chips and hairline to lid. 7" horizontal, spidering line near base. H (including lid) 13".
