Rare Blue-and-White Stoneware Alabama Advertising Rolling Pin, American, late 19th century, Bristol slip glazed stoneware rolling pin with blue wildflower decoration and the stenciled advertising "A. ALBERT. / GENERAL MERCHANDISE / COLUMBIA, ALA." Rolling pins of this style are typically found with Midwestern or Northeastern advertising. A rare example of American stoneware made for the Southern market. Near mint condition with two minor nicks to edge on one end. Length (including wooden handles) 14 3/4".
