Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Cake Crock, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1865, low-walled cylindrical form with tooled shoulder and ribbed handles, decorated with a brushed cobalt tulip design on the front and back. Flaking to interior and exterior. Several cracks. Rim chips. Salt drip on one side. H 6" ; Diameter 10".
