Multi-Glazed Redware Tankard Pitcher, attributed to S. Bell & Son or J. Eberly & Co., Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, cylindrical pitcher with tooled foot and shoulder, decorated with splashed green and brown glazes over cream-colored slip. Entire surface covered in a clear lead glaze. 1" shallow base flake, which possibly occurred in the making. Shallow rim chips. H 9 3/4".
