Two American Stoneware Crocks, circa 1880, a four-gallon crock with impressed swan decoration, stamped "GARDINER STONEWARE / MANUFACTORY / GARDINER, ME" and a three-gallon cream jar with stenciled design, stamped "F.H. COWDEN / HARRISBURG." Gardiner, ME crock with extensive flaking and two chips on interior of rim. Cowden jar has significant damage in the form of flaking and several thin cracks on surface and underside. H (of Gardiner, ME crock)10 7/8".
