Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jar with Kaolin Slip Decoration, attributed to Thomas Chandler, Edgefield, SC, circa 1840, ovoid jar with large, flattened handles and light green alkaline glaze, decorated with a cream-colored looping line design on both sides and under the handles.
