Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug with Wilkes-Barre, PA Advertising, Stamped "LEWIS JONES / PITTSTON, PA," late 19th century, semi-ovoid jug with tooled spout, featuring the slip-trailed cobalt advertising, "Frank Henniges / W. Barre. Pa." Some shallow in-the-firing chipping to bottom edge. Staining to surface. Very minor bubbling to cobalt. H 11 1/4".
