Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jug, Lincoln County, NC origin, mid 19th century, rotund jug with heavily-tooled spout, the surface covered in an olive-colored alkaline glaze with traces of rutile at the shoulder and base. Very nice condition with a small spout chip and light surface wear. H 14".
