Two-Gallon Salt-Glazed Stoneware Churn, Middle TN origin, late 19th or early 20th century, ovoid form with semi-rounded spout, applied vertical handle on one side, and applied lug handle on opposing side, the upper body coated in reddish-brown slip with overlying salt glaze. Incised "2" at shoulder. A minor nick to lug handle. Minor chips to interior of rim and inner rim for lid. H 13 1/2".
