Small Brown-and-White Stoneware Jug with Gilded Wheeling, WV Advertising, American, early 20th century, ovoid jug with tall spout, the surface coated in dipped brown-and-white glazes with gilded inscription, "C Kraus & Co / Wheeling.W.Va.," flanked by green, purple, and brown painted floral motifs. A hairline at each handle terminal. Handle does not appear to be reglued. Otherwise excellent condition. H 8 1/2".
