One-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1865, ovoid pitcher with footed base, tooling to collar and body, and semi-rounded rim, brush-decorated with a double-blossomed flowering plant. Swag decoration to collar. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Excellent condition with some residue from use to interior rim area. H 10 3/4".
