Small-Sized Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1885, ovoid pitcher with footed base, tooled collar, and rounded rim, brush-decorated with a vertical tulip emanating from a stripe at the base. Collar and spout decorated with graduated swags. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Two rim chips. Minor base chips. Some light fry to cobalt. H 7 1/2".
