Stoneware Figure of a Lion, American, second half 19th century, molded figure of a reclining lion on slab base with incised details to face, paws, and tail, the surface covered in clear salt glaze over a tannish ground. Hollow underside. Excellent condition with a small base chip and a few tiny base nicks. L 5 1/4" ; W 2 5/8" ; H 3 1/8".
