Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jugs, Stenciled "A.P. Donaghho, / Parkersburg, W.Va.," circa 1880, a one-gallon jug and two-gallon jug, both of ovoid form with different spout constructions. Smaller jug with an approximately 5 1/2" long Y-shaped line ascending from base on side of jug, a hairline to spout emanating from a minor chip, a 5/8" spout chip, a minor spout nick, some staining, and in-the-firing contact marks to surface. Larger jug with some light surface wear and in-the-firing contact marks to surface. H (of smaller) 11".
