One-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "STANDISH & WRIGHT," Taunton, MA, circa 1850, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder and applied lug handles, brush-decorated with a two-stemmed tulip plant. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark. A long cross-shaped line below one handle. Minor base chips. Some in-the-firing discoloration to reverse. H 8 1/8".
