Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "HARRINGTON & BURGER / ROCHESTER," NY State origin, circa 1852-1854, ovoid jug with semi-rounded spout, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a flowering plant with detailed, fan-shaped blossom. Slip-trailed "2." above. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with some minor fry to cobalt. H 14 1/2".
