Three-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "T. HARRINGTON / LYONS," NY State origin, circa 1860, ovoid jug with semi-rounded spout, brush-decorated with a large tulip. Cobalt "3"below spout. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark. A small, blue-painted flake at center of decoration. Staining and residue to surface. Side of jug with an in-the-firing ping. H 16".
