Fine Shenandoah Valley Glazed Redware Jug, attributed to J. Eberly & Co., Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, semi-ovoid jug with tooled spout, the lead-glazed surface decorated in streaks of copper and cream-colored slip over an olive ground. Desirable form. Excellent condition with small flakes to top edge of spout, a minor base chip, and an in-the-firing contact mark to handle. H 6".
