Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Rundlet, Northeastern U.S. origin, Dated 1809, small-sized, keg form with raised banding, applied spout, and pierced tabs for hanging with a leather strap. Cobalt highlights throughout. Incised "1809" on one end. Both tabs restored. A 5 1/2" hairline to reverse, extending 1/2" onto underside, where it forms a Y. H 6".
