Glazed Redware Jar with Lid, PA origin, 19th century, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and narrow mouth, decorated with spattered manganese and covered in a clear lead glaze. Includes unglazed domed redware lid, American, 19th century, which is loosely fitting and likely not original to the jar. Jar with wear to rim, lesser wear to surface, and base chips. Lid with three chips. H (excluding lid) 8".
