Stenciled Tanware Pitcher, New Geneva or Greensboro, PA origin, circa 1885, ovoid pitcher with tall collar, decorated in Albany slip with a stenciled design of wheat emanating from a scrolled stem. This motif appears four times around the body of the pitcher and twice on the collar. Excellent condition with a small spot of glaze wear to rim on reverse. H 7 1/4".
