Three Glazed Redware Jars, 19th century, an ovoid jar with mustard-colored lead glaze over a reddish ground, probably VT or NY State origin; a semi-ovoid, lead-glazed jar with whitish coloration, Ontario, Canada or possibly NY State origin; and a large-sized canning jar with whitish-colored lead glaze over a light clay ground, Ontario, Canada, or possibly NY State origin. Mustard-glazed jar in very nice condition with light wear to handles, an in-the-firing ping to shoulder, and very minor surface wear. Smaller whitish-glazed jar with light rim wear, and two in-the-firing contact marks to body. Largest jar in excellent, essentially as-made condition. H (of tallest) 13".
