One-Quart Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Pitcher, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1890, ovoid pitcher with footed base and tooled collar, decorated with a brushed tulip motif, applied over Bristol slip. Swag decoration to spout and sides of collar. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Very nice condition with a small base chip and glazed-over rim chip. H 7 1/2".
