Two-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Floral and Grapes Decoration, Stamped "BROWN BROTHERS, / HUNTINGTON, / L.I.," NY State origin, circa 1885-1905, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with two brushed tulips flanking a stylized cluster of grapes. Cobalt accent to maker's mark. A thin 3 1/2" crack from rim to right of maker's mark. A small chip to interior of rim. Some light exfoliation to interior shoulder and minor exfoliation to exterior. H 8 3/4".
