Stoneware Presentation Pitcher with Incised Floral Decoration, Inscribed "Jos Svanda / 1893," attributed to the Wingender Pottery, Haddonfield, NJ, 1893, ovoid pitcher with tall collar and coggled circle decoration, incised on the front with the name and date, "Jos Svanda / 1893," flanked by incised tulip motifs. Cobalt highlights throughout. A horizontal hairline through handle, a minor rim chip, a tiny in-the-firing ping to interior of rim, a brown glaze drip to front, and two spots of minor wear. H 11".
